Description

This three-month skills path is designed for industrial real estate professionals who are ready to move beyond analysis and master the art of execution. Whether you're a corporate asset manager leading the charge, a service provider supporting a client through a complex transaction, or an economic developer working to move projects across the finish line — this program puts you in the middle of real execution challenges that mirror the work you do every day. Through a progressive, cohort-based learning experience, participants will develop and enhance the skills to manage complex industrial real estate transactions from approval through operational readiness.

This program will take place both virtually and in-person with a capstone presentation at IAMC's Fall Forum 2026 in Columbus, Ohio. Attendance at the IAMC Fall Forum 2026 is required to participate.

This course has a limited capacity. If seats are no longer available and you would like to be added to the waitlist, complete this form.
